Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means that you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions

In order for an item to be accepted for return, it must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it, unused, undamaged, with the original packaging and labels intact.
  • With a receipt or other proof of purchase attached.

Important: Returns will only be accepted after prior authorisation. We will provide instructions and address for sending the return. Goods sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Damages and Problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If you find a defect, damage or have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem promptly.

Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

  • Personalised goods and bespoke goods (e.g. curtains, curtain rods, mosquito nets and rolls made to your measurements or individual wishes).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
  • Promotional items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your current item (if it qualifies for a refund) and place a new order.

European 14-day return period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel an order or return an item within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This does not apply to personalised or bespoke goods.

The goods must be:

  • In the same condition as when received, unused, labelled and in its original packaging.
  • With a receipt or other proof of purchase attached.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return and let you know if it is approved or not. If the return is approved, the money will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
